Be ready for the moments that matter
Everyone can help.
Emergencies don't wait for an ambulance. The first few minutes matter most, and the person who acts is usually whoever is closest.
Senior Care & Assisted Living
Older adults face a higher risk of heart attack, choking, and falls. Caregivers and family who know CPR and first aid can keep a loved one alive until help arrives.
Daycares & Childcare Providers
Children choke, fall, and have allergic reactions. Childcare workers are often required to hold current pediatric CPR and first aid, and parents trust providers who are certified.
Schools & Teachers
Teachers, coaches, and staff are first on the scene for students and athletes. Knowing how to use an AED can save a life on the field or in the classroom.
Hospitals, Clinics & Healthcare Workers
Healthcare roles often require up-to-date certification. Dominique brings real clinical experience from heart, pediatric, and urgent care settings.
Churches, Gyms & Workplaces
Anywhere people gather, emergencies can happen. Trained staff and volunteers make your space safer and may help meet workplace safety requirements.
Parents & Families
Be the parent, grandparent, or neighbor who knows exactly what to do.
Anyone can learn to save a life.
Calm hands. Clear mind. Ready heart.
The bravest thing you can do is be prepared.
Be the help you would want for your family.
One class today, a lifetime of readiness.
Kindness in action looks like CPR.
When it matters most, you will know what to do.
Love your people enough to learn.

CPR Certification Rules & Renewal
Stay ready, stay certified.
What to know about keeping your Red Cross certification current.
Valid for 2 years
Red Cross CPR certification lasts 2 years after you successfully complete your training.
Digital certificate you can verify
You receive a Red Cross digital certificate with a unique ID and QR code, so employers can confirm it is valid online.
Renew before it expires
There is no extension: you are not certified after your expiration date. Red Cross refresher courses generally require a current certificate, or one expired no more than 30 days.
Hands-on skills count
Online-only courses do not meet workplace requirements. Blended learning (online + in-person skills session) meets OSHA workplace requirements.
Your employer may have its own rules
Employers and licensing agencies (healthcare, childcare, schools) can set their own requirements. Check with your employer or licensing agency.
Renew with Dominique
Dominique teaches the full Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended course, $90, with a new 2-year certificate on completion.

Questions, answered
No question is too small when a life is on the line.
Is there a grace period after my CPR certificate expires?

Will an online-only CPR class work for my job?
Online-only courses do not meet workplace requirements. A blended course with an in-person skills session, like Dominique's, meets OSHA workplace requirements. Always check with your employer or licensing agency.
