What we ask of your site
A few small things from your team help class run smoothly:
- A private, quiet room with no foot traffic or loud noise during class.
- Clear floor space of about 5 by 5 feet per student for kneeling compressions, carpet preferred.
- One chair per student, plus 1 or 2 tables for paperwork.
- A TV or projector with an HDMI input, at least 40 inches, that everyone can see.
- Two working power outlets near the front of the room, or an extension cord.
- Guest Wi-Fi so students can finish the online part and get their digital certificates.
- A list of attendees' full names and emails at least 48 hours before class.
- Students who have finished the online part of the course before class day.
- A parking spot near the door and access 30 minutes early so we can unload and set up.
- A contact person on site on class day.
- A restroom and drinking water students can get to.
What we bring: adult and child manikins, AED trainers, a laptop, face shields, cleaning supplies and all other class materials.

Cancellation Policy
Public and private home classes
If you cancel 48 hours or more before class, you get a full refund or a free move to another date. If you cancel less than 48 hours before class, you can move to another date once at no charge, but there's no refund. If you don't show up without notice, there's no refund and no reschedule.
On-site group classes
If you cancel 7 or more days ahead, you get a full refund. If you cancel 3 to 6 days ahead, you get a 50% refund or one free reschedule. If you cancel less than 72 hours ahead, there's no refund. You can reschedule once for a $50 fee. If fewer people show up than you booked, you still pay for the number you booked, with a 6-person minimum.
If we cancel
If Dominique has to cancel because of illness, an emergency or bad weather, you get your choice of a full refund or a new date.
Late arrivals
Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule, because CPR skills checks can't be shortened.
Liability waiver: Students acknowledge our Release and Assumption of Risk when booking.
